Project Management: Waterfall Methodology
Our approach is based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge, which encapsulates both process groups and knowledge areas. There are a set of processes that are followed to meet the requirements for each project.
Problem or need identification
We strongly believe in giving meaningful results with a clear understanding of your problem or need. We do this by communicating and working together at all levels within our partner organizations to ensure that the problem is resolved in a cost-effective and timely manner. This means we discuss with top management, coordinate with mid-management, and work hands-on with lower management to have a complete and clear understanding of your problem or need. Keeping this 360-degree approach in mind always allows us to lay a strong foundation for upcoming changes to foster operational activities.
Actionable plan with traceable activities and measurable performance
An actionable project plan allows us to address the problem. We do this by planning and mapping out timelines, activities, a calendar, deliverables, and milestones. We pay particular attention to planning, as we need to use the plan to measure our progress along the course of the project to control it and steer it in the right direction. We do this by placing matrices and performance indicators in the planning phase. Our planning process includes all subsidiary plans, including cost, communication, procurement, stakeholders, resources, and, most importantly, an integration plan. Planning allows us to place checkmarks and matrices.

Working on key performance indicators (KPI) and metrics, we keep track of the project, covering all aspects, not just time and cost. It brings value by identifying roadblocks in advance and resolving them to ensure the successful completion of the project.
