Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 3, 2026

Premium Framework Inc. ("Premium Framework", "we", "our", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit premiumframework.ca, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights under Canadian privacy law.

We follow the principles of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and apply reasonable safeguards to all information you provide to us.

1. Who we are

Premium Framework Inc. is an Ontario, Canada-based technology and software services firm providing IT project, program, and PMO delivery for government and enterprise clients. Our registered address is 110 Tripp Crescent, Ottawa, ON K2J 1M7, Canada. For privacy questions, contact our Privacy Officer at sz@premiumframework.ca or +1 613-600-2803.

2. What information we collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to share it with us. Specifically:

Information you give us directly

  • Through our contact form: your full name, business or organization name, email address, phone number, and any message content you choose to include.
  • When you book a meeting via Calendly: the information Calendly collects on our behalf — typically your name, email address, the time slot you select, and any notes you add to the booking. Calendly's own privacy practices are described in their privacy notice.
  • If you email or call us directly: the contact details and content of the messages you send.

Information collected automatically

  • Standard web logs: our hosting provider may log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the date/time of your visit. These logs are used for security and operational purposes only.
  • Analytics (consent-based): if you accept analytics in our consent banner, we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to understand which content helps sponsors find what they need. No marketing or advertising tracking. You can reject analytics at any time and remain able to use the site fully.
  • Third-party cookies (limited): when the Calendly booking widget loads, Calendly may set cookies on your device to support the scheduling experience.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide only for legitimate business purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiries and arrange follow-up conversations.
  • To schedule and conduct meetings you have booked with us.
  • To deliver services under any engagement you ask us to undertake.
  • To keep records of business communications, as required by Canadian law.
  • To protect the security and integrity of our website and services.

We do not use your information for marketing or advertising purposes without your explicit consent, consistent with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

4. Third-party service providers

We rely on a small number of third-party providers to operate this website and respond to inquiries. Each provider receives only the information necessary to perform its function:

  • Form processing — FormSubmit.co (USA): our contact form is processed by FormSubmit, which forwards your submission to our email inbox.
  • Scheduling — Calendly (USA): our embedded scheduling widget is provided by Calendly. When you choose a meeting time, your booking details are processed by Calendly.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (consent-gated): if you accept analytics, page-view and interaction events are sent to Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled.
  • Fonts — Google Fonts (USA): we load typography from Google Fonts. Loading a font may transmit your IP address to Google. We do not use Google Fonts to track visitors.
  • Hosting: our website is hosted with a commercial provider that retains standard server logs.

Where these providers are located outside Canada (notably in the United States), your information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions, including lawful access by foreign government authorities. We choose providers we consider reasonable and trustworthy and use the minimum data necessary for each function.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your information only:

  • With the service providers listed above, strictly to operate this website.
  • If you specifically ask us to (e.g., to introduce you to a colleague or partner).
  • When required by law, court order, or in response to a valid legal request.
  • To establish or defend legal claims, where reasonably necessary.

6. How long we keep your information

We retain inquiry data for as long as we have an active business relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards — typically up to seven (7) years — to meet record-keeping obligations under Canadian tax and business law. If you ask us to delete your information earlier, we will do so unless we are legally required to retain it.

7. Your rights under PIPEDA

You have the right to:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Withdraw consent: ask us to stop using your information at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.
  • Deletion: ask us to delete your information where we are not required to retain it.
  • Complain: raise a concern with us, or escalate to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

To exercise any of these rights, email sz@premiumframework.ca. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but we work with reputable service providers and limit access to your information on a need-to-know basis.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are directed to organizations, not individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Cookies and tracking

Premium Framework's analytics cookies are set only after you accept analytics through our consent banner. If you reject, no analytics cookies are placed. Third-party cookies may be set by:

  • Calendly — when the scheduling widget loads, to support session and booking functionality.
  • Google Analytics 4 — only if you accept analytics in our consent banner.
  • Your browser/hosting provider — for standard session management.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect the scheduling widget's functionality.

11. International transfers

As noted above, some of the providers we rely on are based outside Canada (primarily in the United States). By using this website and submitting information through our form or scheduling widget, you acknowledge that your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in jurisdictions outside Canada.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify visitors via a notice on this website. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
